A perk-me-up

Other than checking out and buying stuff for Bun, I have been pretty good.  Trying not to buy too much stuff that (a) I won’t be able to fit into or (b) I don’t really have the need for.  Of late, I have been checking out nursing wear.  If you are wondering, ain’t it a little too soon?  Well, probably but according to S, she said I might as well check it out instead of scrambling to purchase it when I really needed it.  That advice made sense and some of the nursing wear that’s available out there has duo- functionality meaning it could be worn during maternity as well as for nursing.  For one who loves to stretch her dollar, this was perfect for me.

But enough about shopping for clothes and stuff for Bun, decided one day while passing by Robinsons to get a little perk-me-up.  I’ve been feeling tired why, I actually do look tired as well.  So, for a pop of colour, decided, ‘Hey, perhaps I need a new lippie!‘  Actually, I don’t really need a new lippie cos I do have several sitting around at home already.  Having received the Dior Addict brochure in the mail lately, I just felt like checking out the range.

Processed with VSCOcam with c1 preset Man, are these lippies popular or what?  Several of the colours that I had my eye on were already sold out, so I eventually settled on this bright pink colour called Wonderland.  Somehow pink does brighten my complexion up and helps add colour to me somewhat tired face.  Tried on the tester and seriously, I was sold!!!

It’s not quite a gloss, not quite a lacquer nor a lipstick.  The Dior Addict Fluid Stick is a totally new kind of lip product! The first-of-its-kind lip hybrid that can do it all in a single strong that you can barely feel with maximum colour impact, glossy shine, sensational hold and comfort.

The Dior Addict Fluid Stick really did tick all the boxes.  It was simply lush putting the lippie on and feeling all so pretty inside.  Amazing what something small can do wonders for the ‘pregger’ soul.  🙂
