Need to put that annual pass that we got from Universal Studios Singapore (USS) to good use so when the Bub was off from school, we decided to take her there in the late afternoon where hopefully it was less hot.
We decided to check out the other attractions that we had missed from our first trip in the hope that the Bub would somehow meet the height requirement for her to take the ride. Unfortunately, she didn’t make the mark still despite those rides being quite kid-friendly. Well, guess that expression said it all! The parents were obviously more stoked than the kid.
But you know what, it doesn’t take a look to entertain a child (for now). I guess the only thing that she was really looking forward to seeing at USS was the Sesame Street. It’s her 3rd time watching it and I’m already bored with the contents but this little girl was all excited to see her fave characters from Sesame Street which include Elmo and Cookie Monster.
That’s what we did basically, running around USS trying to hunt down cute cartoon characters to entertain the Bub so that we can take cheesy family pictures (as a keepsake).
Our next trip to the amusement parks will be in Japan! We are heading back to Tokyo Disneyland plus adding a trip to Tokyo Disneysea. That’s not all, in Osaka, we are going to visit the Universal Studios there!
Even though the Bub will be away from me for 14 days – she’s heading up first with Daddy and her grandma and I’m sure to miss her loads, I can’t wait for our family vacation come mid-September!
In the meantime, watch how Daddy will be managing with this littler terror-wonderful Bub in Japan. Follow us on Instagram : Sophie_LittleWorld as he takes over the account! 🙂
