Bump has grown a little more this week. It’s amazing how fast the bump gets bigger and I often find myself looking hard in the mirror looking at the growth. I can no longer fit into my normal bottoms despite the additional help from Belly Band. It’s now time to officially break into maternity bottoms!
In other words, I am trying to keep fit so signed up for a couple of pre-natal yoga classes over at Como Shambhala. Just finished a block of 5 lessons and probably will purchase the sessions when I am free to make it. It’s really quite interesting to attend the pre-natal yoga classes for you get to see ladies with bellies of different shapes and sizes (depending on how far along they are in their pregnancy). The teacher, Lay Peng is also a really cheerful lady who injects warmth into the class while getting the benefits from the stretching exercises.
On to week 26 and let’s see what this work will hold for both of us! 🙂
