tweed thursday

Coco Chanel is credited with introducing the fashion world with tweed.   Thanks to her influence, this fashion fabric has trickled down into high street shops with a new lighter way of wearing tweed that thankfully did not need matching bottoms, handbags and shoes.

I’ve been on the lookout for a tweed jacket for the longest time and boy was I glad to have found one in Bangkok.  Thanks to Fashionista Cat’s awesome bargaining skills, I finally owned a tweed jacket at an incredible price!

Hey missene, read that you are going to be heading to HK for a holiday soon. I’m sure you could get your hands on a similar jacket. Try Island Beverly for great finds and bargains that won’t break the bank.
