Hi there.. sorry for the late reply. I had to bake the cake layer by layer… let it cool and then assemble it layer by layer. I made my own buttercream icing but you prob could get frosting over the shelf. Good luck!

Hmm.. how about Cold Storage? I saw some available there. Else there is a small shop along Purvis Street that sells baking supplies. They have it there too..
